Refund Policy for Padel Rackets:
1. Refund Eligibility: - Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of the original purchase date. - The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Return Authorization: - Customers must contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any product. - RA requests will be processed within 2 business days.
3. Proof of Purchase: - A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all refund requests.
4. Condition of the Product: - Padel rackets must be returned undamaged, without signs of wear or use, and with all accompanying accessories.
5. Return Shipping: - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
6. Inspection and Processing: - All returns will be meticulously inspected upon receipt, and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Refund Method: - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
8. Non-Refundable Items: - Customized or personalized items, as well as any products explicitly marked as non-refundable, are not eligible for a refund.
9. Damaged or Defective Products: - If the product received is damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order to qualify for a refund or replacement.
10. Cancellation Policy: - Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order is shipped, it is treated as a return.
